I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from Ace since it isn't a locally owned spot. I thought I'd get the usual corporate "cookie cutter" treatment.. you know , the bare minimum kine. But boy was I proven wrong!
I stand by my previous review. Customer service is excellent. WES answered my phone call about a product I needed, when I came in I was greeted *AND SHOWN where the product was by a female employee and when I was walking back to pay, Wes saw me and suggested another product (to go with what I had) to help me clear hair from the drain.
The guys working there did there best to help me find what I needed for my sink repair. I had to go back a couple times. But it was my fault. Lol.
